I got Fluffy Mail today too!!! 3 pairs of HLs for me, well the parasite, and 1 pair that were a special order, and an elephant with it's own orange minkee nappy, SOOOOO cute!! Sarah has stolen the nappy for Dolly, and Em is in love with the Elephant!!

Maz - I have PMed you

Sam - What a birthday present!! Minkee fluff!!! MMMMMMMMMM, Minkee!!

Kat - Nah not post, Jet Pets!!! another of my stupidly corny jokes. I can hardly wait for that!! I have to wait a few months though

Ness - You should be getting a heavy parcel in the next few days, mine arrived today. Now to figure out where to put them.... You will understand when you get them

Can't wait to see Iain photos!!

Well, the sandy poo is a mystery no more. Pip likes to eat sand. Yay.

Am wondering where DH is as its very, very quiet at the moment! Even Pip went to sleep first off!

Red red red ... hey, its warm enough for just naps and singlet in the sun down here! My fave colour is really a rich, royal blue but its easier to find purple that I like ... I do like cow print, jersey is my fave but so hard to find! Giraffe is easier ...

WoHB - snoozywun! with an (unlanolised) wool longie as pj bottoms.

Beatrix - how did you manage to hurt your eye? are you in bandages?

Kazbah - sand heh? uh huh. . . wot can you do heh? hmmm

NaNa - if you pimp PUL, be aware, wherever a needle hole goes thru, you will get leaks. If PUL is appliqued on, you'd really need to do that before the nappy is sewn together, and you'd have to reinforce the PUL behind where you applique. it's not a straightforward thing to do.

i have no reason to buy nappies, so i just "enable" - so i can vicariously live out my fantasy of having a reason to buy more nappies! we are not having any more bubs. (sigh).

Maz - i know someone who scored one of the very last Catnaps Honeyboys customs - she had it made up as a Ladybird AIO - very choice indeed, i got to see it at Reusable Nappy Week.

Kazbah - i think the new minky magicalls come in a stunning royal blue.

i can think of another stunning royal blue in the berry plush covers.
blueberries? i think their bright blue is called sapphire
wahmie pocket? that might be saturn blue
the swaddlebee royal blue is pretty standard, not what i would describe as stunning
there are some gorgeous blue minky shades around.
isn't there a stunning blue in the greenkids minkytimes too?

bilby took until 10pm to stop fussing and crying tonight - could not figure out what was her issue. wanted to do her four piece puzzle over and over. getting hysterical if dog piece was not in the hole for the dog piece.

wotbb: disana cover and whichever night fitted dh put on her from the night nappy tray. i'm just the washer, hanger outer and assembler.

Ouchies Beatrix I did that when I was up trying to finish off an assignment at 2am once and went to scratch my head with a set square and poked my eye instead Hope it heals quickly for you!

Kat he'll be right soon. I used to wear Caleb when he was like that.

NaNa that is my kind of nappy pimping style It gets plenty warm enough down here for just a nappy and a singlet so plenty of opportunity for showing them off.

I'm in the mood for sewing now my fabric has arrived but I don't know if I have the energy to pre wash it all first

kitt3n - they are not the best fitted nappy in world - well I found it that way anyway. Had to work out which way was inside out as the snaps did up both ways? Wasn't super absorbant and not a great fit on us - but that is just us. I would go with the happy hempy instead, same fit as the PUL pockets but good absorbancy, versatile and microfleece inner - it was one of my fav night nappies

    Congratulations Fiona Jill

nana - red babykanga - my fav red nappy with black snaps called ladybug and I have a gorgeous red minky Maz cover which we got at xmas last year.

Beatrix - hope your eye is feeling better.

No exciting nappy news here although I did follow Maz suggestions and we are slowly listing our narrow crotch nappies in the classifieds (you know I never knew that was there!) - just taking me a while to get them all uploaded (and have to work the new camera out and get some pics)

Kat -i found them bigger - but i think it is because they arent as fluffy as well.

Kitt3n - havent tried the sherpa ones, only the normal hh pockets! Any fluffy mail your end?

FJ - congrats again hun! i hope your fluffy mail arrived in time for that lil' bottom!

Arimeh- thanks for the sanity this morning! Ashley is exhausted and in bed already! i hope aricyn slept on the way home!

Ness - ouch hon! i hope your eye is better soon... *hugs*

Katones I noticed the same thing when I had some hemp ones. I think it's the fabric. Bamboo is thicker and more rigid than hemp so that could do it.

Gigi, I'm not going anywhere near my stash with anything sharp! I suck so badly at sewing... will leave it to my mama, she's ace at it. I can manage to make a groovy ring sling with pockets tho, but that is definitely it.
Raven - the pimpin' of bubba's nappies, I think it'll just have to remain a daydream. I was thinking there has to be some kind of new-tech no-iron transfer method, but I stopped being a techy graphic designer right about the time I got pg. I will just keep designing them in my mind, and maybe on my puter, until someone gets me the printer that can do it! Then look out! I've already converted 3 mums from my playgroup to MCN by showing off a few fluffy things, and the rest all have nappy envy (or they do but they just don't know it yet!).
Sarah - going on my wish list now! cant wait for my rainbow maz cover!
It will be awesome with the BabyLegs we got today! Almost counts as fluffy mail?

lol yes PP it came yesterday I counted them all up and I now have enough I think ..... well I hope!!

24 specifically in NB size - plus all the bungenius, BBH's etc.... i think i;ll be all good now! lol

I cant wait to start playing with the little tush!

thanks for the feedback on the HH's guys - i'll let you know how they go, they were only $10 so I figured i'd ive then a go - they feel lovely I must admit. But there is only one way to snap them - maybe they have altered the pattern saram? but now I am just going to have to go and get a happy hempy!

eta - katones I just bought some of the plain nappies by spunky butts, hopefully they will come tomorrow, they look so good on your little model!
