    morning ladies

Time for a strip wash in this house me thinks!!!! DS hopped into our bed this morning and the stench of pee coming from his snoozywun nearly knocked me outta bed!! peee-yewwwww..

Do you have to strip wash pockets? Probably a stupid question.

Kat - I always take the kids out in cloth... but it doesn't stop me worryin about a leak!! I usually do the whole fitted and cover with both of them - and a good cover like motherease - so then I won't worry as much!!!!!!

I have found though that if DH puts their nappy on - we have more instances of blow outs!!! lol

WOTB: I would say that they are both in bumg's by now cos they are both at daycare

Hubby has NOT even attempted to put a cloth nappy on.... may have to make a spesh pile up that he can put on him... although he doesn't do nappies very well.

    FJ *wolf whistles* Nice Avvy!!!

We all know what works for 1 bub doesnt work for another, for some mummies, cloth is too much in the early days, while you are spending your time BFing for ages. Dont feel guilty for either handling it or not. The nappies are not the most important part of the NB stage, the feeding is. PP, you are doing just fine, when you are ready you will go back to cloth, but wait till you are ready.

Mel - I stripped everything, our hot water only goes up to 50 degrees though, so the PUL was safe at that temp.

I am worried about my poor nappies Em stole some Mac and Cheese from a little boy at MG this morning. I know within the next 48 hours she will have diahorrea I hope she doesn't get sick this time though I dont think I could deal with another round of AB poo right now.

I was gonna ask were you got the dress from PP...its gorgeous! be proud oh and on the sposies....if you still have some left...sell them on ebay..loving ebay atm for sellign stuff

As for using cloth from the start.....I think we have to do what we can do. I found it was my way of escaping my babies for a min pegging them out and was very upset in hossy At the royal childrens when I had to use sposies cause all my MCN were at home. I did find it hard to undertand why some of you couldnt use them right from word go, please dont think im being *****y...I just didnt think thats all. So sorry in advance for thinking that IFYKWIM

Some of us can BF and some cant...some can use MCN from the start, some cant...WE ARE ALL DIFFERENT...WE ARE ALL ENIQUE and Ive learnt quiet a bit over the last few weeks about these things.

I think I'll run away now and hide in a hole

Maz - why are you running into a hole you dag! I am not sure that it isnt a 'cant use them' more than a trying to cope with the transition of 2 babies under 16 months that i needed to stop and simplify for a few weeks.

Ness- that girl is so cute!! love the mirror pic! lol classic

MAZ - HE WALKED??!!!! OMG!!!! HOW BRILLIANT!!!!

And I'm happy saying that I had DD in cloth (full time) from about 2 weeks - and that was dealing with a horrid infection that left me crying on the floor - so I think that was good enough for me.. lol

Ness - such a cutie pie you have there!!!!!! Gorgeous locks on her..

PP - thats a great dress!!!!! I wish I could sew... Thank god people make clothes cos if it was left up to me - my kids would be naked all the time!!!! lol

No nappy news. Montessori got rid of a poop for me today - so that was nice of them They also made sure DS had a great day!!!! Gotta love alternative places

WOAB: Errrr... let me see.... looks like a baby kanga from here - can't be positive though DH put it on him and he's running around the house screaming for daddy who just left to go up the street...
WOMB: Cuddlebuns (the princess one - cos she is one) and swaddlebees cover.
