Ta for the recomm on washing powder. I actually used to make my own but have been mega slack since we moved here. Should whip up a batch now that Dh is home and I have time and no kids hanging off my legs 24/7.

As for the toilet training PP, Im with Maz. I always got told never ever to push the issue and that its better to wait til they are 110% ready. So even though my 2yo is at a stage where most would push it, I wont because the few times I have he's backtracked. Atm we have good days but mostly still nappy days. Id rather wait til he is 110% ready and old enough to really get the concept of the whole toilet thing and have him train quick as a snap than slug it out for months. Im lazy and I dont have alot of time to constantly run to the toilet (heck I struggle to do it myself without a toddler on each leg or trying to look in my undies ) Maybe just trial her in undies on days you are home and see what happens. Your DD is still really young, plenty of time to TT yet!

I have also heard that cloth nappying kids helps with the whole toilet awareness thing too.
