Mateauz is 12kg and have no idea about his height....I am so excited about it...havent been this excited about fluffies in a long time

ON a non nappy related issue.....Mateauz is letting go of furniture now when he's cruzing...doesnt even realise it most of the time....I cant believe that in 11 days he's one! . He's leg is also alot more straighter now...I made him wear a his right shoe on his left and it seems to have worked

the princess bling nappies are all gone :-(

the reduced night nappies are too

Saram - might be also be interested in nappies that you are getting rid of

Wondering if you girls can help me, I've noticed that sometimes when I have IB's on DD, the material underneath where the snaps does up kind of droops down and doesnt stay where it should meaning that the nappy leaks a bit... any suggestions? Maybe I'm not putting it on properly?

Thats what we call wing drop. I fixed that problem on my Ittis by adding a 3rd snap to the wings.

Kellie Ive noticed the same thing on the boys in Itti's sometimes. Mostly its because theyve squirmed when Ive put it on but FJs idea of extra snap on the inside is brilliant. Wish I could do it to mine! Prob wouldnt see the problem on a non-mobile baby but I guess when they move/walk it squishes around and slips down?

Ok so inadvertantly Ive discovered the Itti's make great night nappies I put one that Rip was wearing back on him after his bath last night as he hadnt wee'd in it and put him to bed without changing to a sposie. I realised when he had been asleep for a couple of hours but I couldnt bring myself to wake him even though I was imagining pee soaked mattresses in the morning. Well he didnt even wet through but the nappy was soaked! Maybe the whole night nappy thing isnt such a hard task after all.............maybe I should buy some. Ok my bank account just groaned lol

WOTB - sposies because Dh was in charge this morning and he cant stand poo cloth nappies (even though he just throws them in the bucket for me without even rinsing them, tool)

Anna - you can always buy the little bamboo booster inserts from itti bitti if you want it as a night nappy. I know I've used ittis on DD a few times overnight.

Yay Maz on getting your cow bling!!! I reckon that it will be fine for size. I have one Daydreamer in M/L and he's still on the first set of snaps and is 10.5-ish kg. Tall and skinny though, but I think it would be fine for a chubba They're sized up to 15kg so you should be right!

I got me a KK from Possum Pouches. I've been stalking since I saw the preview a couple of days ago, I must have refreshed the page just as they were loaded because one minute there was nada, the next I snaffled me a dark green one, it's very spunky. Woo hoo!

WOHB: Cute Tooshies and Sugarpeas wool cover. Due for a change but I'm dreading the kicking and screaming. He's as grumpy as hell today so it's not going to be pretty. OK, I'm heading into no-man's land, if I'm not back in an hour, send in search and rescue...

Just got back from a photo shot for the newspaper. OUr playgroup had the cubby house stolen last weekend & they came up to do a story on it. Everyone from playgroup came along so I am hoping Iain is easily spotted in his bright lime green itti LOL.

can the wingdroop occur cause the nappy is a little big? We are using large ittis and I currently do them up on the tightest snaps without using the overlap thingy... maybe I should do that? (Am I making any sense???)

I forgot to tell you ladies, me a MCN newbie has converted someone! She saw pics of my DD on facebook in a MCN and is now thinking about buying some!

FJ - I'm sure he'll be easily spotted in lime green!

FJ I really hope that they find the idiot/s that stole it! It is a very low act

Hope you can fix the wing droop. Lucky we haven't had that yet, could be cos he's so chubby lol

its happening simply because there is no snap holding up the sides of the front. Their are benifits to haveing two snaps & to having 3. 2 snaps will give you longer inthe nappy as in bigger sizing but 3 will hold up the sides preventing wing drop.

When I did Isla's I thought it was crazy they would only do 2 snaps but now she had a growth spurt around the belly & I can see why only 2 is better once they get to the otter snaps in sizing.
But if you think DD will be in the smaller snap setting for a while then send them on to me & I will add the third snap for you.

FJ - i hope the local rag does a colour photo to show off Iain's MCN!

Suse - good score on the KK AIO, great price.

Mumto Squidgee - yep, you now have seen "Wing Droop 101". useful to see it, cos shows you what to avoid. Wing droop can often translate to leaks. So i wouldn't be using tha tnappy in the car, until you get the wing droop situation sorted out. (just hoping to save you some scrubbing).

us: bilby was toddling up and down the hallway today in training pants and her gumboots and a back to front baseball cap, talk about keeeeeeeeewoooot! i am so biased! no wees in the potty today.

i am thinking now, that beginner trainer pants would be good to have side snaps on one side, like our swim nappies do, would be easiest for Poo Situations whilst TT-ing. Bilby is still not able to pullup trainers up and down by herself. it's definately a learnt skill. I just can't get over, that tiny little butt, after seeing her in MCN for two years, it's a shock to see it so - well - LITTLE!!!

Mas- it was a link to a cow mug on ebay i saw.. just thought of you

FJ- you will have to lonk the article when i comes out
