    Happy Birthday Mataeuz!

thanks for all the tips re the wet bag

just a question for those that have them already - the ones WITHOUT loops - do you think a loop could be added at home? i found (well, rayray did) a really cute cow print one - and given that DH is a stock carter, i reaaaaaaaally want it - but i love the idea of the loop (esp for hanging them to not lose, or to carry it by. i just don't want to grab it and try to add a loop and find it doens't work kwim?

    Very cute PP!

Eugenia have you tried berry plush? I like the fit of them on C's thunder thighs

Maz lol I wouldn't wash it either

BG I have never had the need to hang a wet bag. The bbh one has a loop and the jamtots has snaps on the corners that you can join to attach it to stuff. Don't let that factor sway your choice if you love the print then get it

    Happy Birthday Mateauz!

DD had a poo explosion out of a IB last night... not nice!

Then this morning DH was changing her, and on the way to carrying the nappy to the toilet he dropped some of the poo on the carpet and then stood in it! Gross! So I have been busy scrubbing the carpet this morning, hope it doesnt stain!

bg - i would go bigger as you never know, but if you get a small and you have a long day out you dont want to run out of room . you can always fold over the bigger size (the part not full).

kellie - preen spray works well on my poo on carpet issues

sounds like a plan PP - will have a bit more of a look around, but i really like the cow one so might have to grab it - even if i get a couple different ones - the cow one is just perfect for when i'm out with DH! it's very 'him'

lol sounds very cute! and anything to convince DH's to do cloth is a winner in my book

Well DD must have know i put flushable liner tester #1 in her nappy... poo straight away (and in an IB too... humf!)... and it was soooooooooooo easy. flip the whole lot in the poo! no LS required arrhhhh)!..

Definately going to use them out and about for now on so i dont get a repeat of the poo all over colorado change room and through the nappy incident like last week!

PP - my DH is one of those ones that is surprisingly enthused about using cloth - to the point he encourages me to go looking, and buying. he loves seeing the new nappies when he comes home. i've been a good girl and bought a swaddlebees cow print one, and another (envoy nappies i think) minky with embroidered cow and "moo" on it which he loves. he said to me we'd have to have the bubba in cow nappies when we see his boss or if we go in the truck. he encouraged me to get xmas prints ready for next year already. he's very very cute!

i guess this is the same man who goes grocery shopping when he's at work, and ducks into whatever baby shop he can find while he's there to get new stuff for the Gremlin. he's hanging to find out gender today - and has said we'll go buy something gender specific after the scan! he's so cute!

Happy birthday to your beautiful little man Maz - he is gorgeous, just like his mama *mwah*

And all these new babies growing out of their small IB's!!!! Miss M still fits quite comfortably in hers - with two snaps on either side spare to grow into... hmmm....

Your DH sounds great! Mine's not too bad but nothing like that.

Sam, good tip, I don't know why I hadn't seen them before but I just checked out their size range and it looks like there's plenty of room in the thigh. I might have to go shopping soon

bg - i dare say you will want my bling nappy "the cow that jumped over the moon" i hope it comes today! my dh is like that too, he gets so entusiastic when he gets to show people the little squirt and how easy it is to use!

he did say top me that he supports my cloth addiction. he does not know what i have bought in the last fortnight though

mel - i had the itti on the largest snaps - but wriggling in her sleep it moved down her bum a little. i do wish they had more snaps! but that was put on her at about 3am, she didnt get up till just before 11!
