Yes, Gigi, that's one reason why I want to learn to knit better as I want to make a few longies for her to wear in winter. THere's some beautiful ones out there but I'd like to try to save some money by making my own (at least for stay-at-home-in ones) plus it will give me something to do in the evenings whilst watching TV. Flongies also sound great, I'll have to look them up.

She does have XL Happy Heinys but they aren't the best fit, good enough for wearing around the house but, again, a big gape around the tummy and the crotch is too wide so I don't put them on her until all the others are dirty or on the line.

GL whenever I change DS, because he does huge nb poos, I always lay a terry flat down first, that way when I'm done I just pick up the four corners and throw the whole lot in the bucket. No mess.
