    I love my little boy

DH was looking after him yesterday and was doing a nappy change and couldn't find any disposables so let Pip run around bare bum while he was looking for them .. Pip went into my clean washing pile and brought DH back his favourite widdlewuns which DH thinks was an annoyance, not help. Poor Pip still ended up in a sposie

YES...shimmer nappies were thought of and started coming out before WC...but some makers just dont see that...they think they are the only ones that think of things before everyone else and go balistic over nothing. Really...the tool with the gems can be purchased at Spot light for god sake and if anyone remembers...I use to embellish my covers with gems long ago, so should I be shiaty??? Its just ridiculous the way people think some times. Its almost like the whole WAHM MCN bisso should be catty at each other casue we all use the same tools (sewing machines) to make our items! To catty and to many ego's that need massaging for my liking

Ive just noticed that my spermint IB is falling apart I cant remember if it was second or not but HEY not fussed...good excuse to finally buy a new nappy

I hope that you both (BG and Kitt3n) win your bling - they are gorgie...just make sure you have abnother trifold or booster for them cause the one that comes with it doesnt hold long for Mateauz and works great with a trifold in it.

So good the hear that IF is doing so great. Miss Annette on the WAHMnaps forum .... Such a good thing to read something positive rather then nasty horrible stuff....gets a bit depressing reading yuck all the time

Ive got a load of nappies calling me to hand them up...Mateauz has a cold and lovely green and runny snot to boot.....looks like I have to put of his 12 month needles again...I'll just let him sleep it of.

I love that elephant bling... i have it in Aurora minky and it is so nice

Just washed all my woolies... the first time I have done it cos usually my mum does it for me lol how do you all wash yours? I just filled a bucket with wool wash and threw em all in and let em soak for 10 minutes then rinsed them all under cold water. Some look like they felted... maybe I did something wrong?

Maz- I hate that, Pip's 18mth needles were finally given @ 21 months as he kept getting sick.

I have a load calling me too. It's just so hard though. EG -I'm in the lounge room folding stuff at the mo. To get to the washing machine I go through a door, down stairs, through a junk room, up a temp step into the garage, dodge all DH's junk which he leaves in the passageway (if i move it he will put something else there) up more steps, through another door into the downstairs, get to the washing machine, put them in a basket, retrace all the steps (keeping in mind each door has to be closed to keep the nasties out) to the lounge room, open the door to the verandah, dodge the broken boards, step down onto the roof, go to the airer, making sure to keep walking on the beams .. it's just so much hassle, and he wonders why I get behind in the washing? I can't even hear the machine from up here.

Anyhows, enough of a whinge, the shimmer nappies do look lovely. And everyone loves my spider gem cover Maz

well, i have a bizybee night nappy on order..... might see if i can get some shimmer on that!!

i guess i am too new to the mcn world to know about any of this trouble - its so sad to see, there is no need for it and it really puts a dampener on the wonders of MCN. I mean, if the first MCN creator was like that about their creation then we wouldnt have MCN!

day dreamer seem to be just fine on their own on little laa for now maz, but it wouldnt be any good overnight. SHe doesnt sleep much during the day, and does lots of little poos so there are lots of changes - appx 12 a day.... soemtimes 2 an hour! lol

crap DD just did a pic of me and she has given me the saggiest boobs ever !! grrr

I've been sorting out my nappies today and trying out how they work on a doll and I really dont like the MotherCare - OSFA- Bamboo nappies that I bought.

They dont seem to fit right about the waist in the NB folded down position, it's like theres a snappy button missing and I have to over stretch one side to reach the snappy. And they dont seem to have enough padding and I'm going to have to boost them with the BBH boosters that I bought.

Can anyone convince me that they are going to be ok on a NB??
