If Twat OB gets off his butt and does his job 3-5 days. I am going to demand a CS this week though because that will at least give DH a month with her before he goes away and maximises my recovery time with him home. They promised he wouldnt have to do the whole course again and they broke that promise. DH flies out on the 5th of July for 12 weeks so I am pushing for the CS to be done this week. I am furious about it though. And to top it off I have a cold!!

Anna and Ray - Love the avvies!!!

So glad the maternity ward has a washing machine and dryer. I might have to skip the detergent though. Must remember to grab a nappy bucket when we head for the hospital. I dont think I have enough nappies to last the full hospital stay, and even if I did they will need washing sooner than that.

Anna and Ray- I second Ali the avvy's are cool!

No nappy news here!!! I am sick I have had an upset tummy for 2 days on top of the cold, so I am feeling miserable.

ali - doesnt ur hospital provide nappies? or did u just decide you want to use ur MCNs? our hospital provided flats and did all the washing so we took them up on that! save getting the icky sticky newborn pooh on our nice new prefolds lol!!

eej - sorry to hear you're feeling sick! rest up as best u can, drink lots of water and gets better soon!!

no nappy news here but I am hoping to have a new cover on order in a few hours! will be my first stocking I'll be trying at so dunno if I'll have any success lol! Susie just had a huge 3 hours sleep so is super hungry atm lol

Teru - I don't mind my bubblebubs, good fit on the kids - however they are a larger sized ones, so larges are too big for aricyn here - mediums fit him perfect though. I don't know if she would fit properly into the medium yet - if she didn't get plumber's crack I could probably still squeeze her into the smalls... LOL

but yeah, they were good - better on her than him I think, but she's not a heavy wetter like him. ALthough she outweed her snoozy so maybe she's getting there.. lol

WOAB: Ecobumz (yes ecobumz.. not ecobubs...)
WOMB: umm can't remember. haven't changed her for a while

Mrs C - Nah they don't. They might have a few flats for the first ones but they dont provide enough for you to use FT there. The preg record says to bring enough sposies for 2-3 days so I am bringing enough MCN for that long or longer.

Eej - The agency that makes the decision as to whether he has to do the whole lot again are refusing to take a photocopy of his ROA, and the original is missing because someone chucked it out rather than putting it in the right place to be sent off to the right section. The last 6 weeks is all he needs (the sheet metal part again and the welding - which he doesnt really need but they need to assess that down there). He does not need to learn how to do a powerpoint presentation again He has to talk to a leiutenant tomorrow but they are just as likely to put him on the next course instead, which is next year. Stoopid people not taking a photocopy!!!

Ali - how frustrating about the course he has to redo! thats sooo annoying!! you'd think the place that gave him the certificate in the first place could redo it or something!

WOTB - homemade bamboo prefold and white motherease Rikki cover (waiting on some lovely coloured ones coming in the mail lol)

I agree with Mel - they are a bigger fitting nappy (praise the lord) and i have experienced our first side snapper of them and LLLLLLLOOOOOOOOOVVVVVVVVVVVEEEEEEEEEE them even more then the originals.
