I don't use canesten as a regular thing, I only bought it when I suspected thrush in my nipples while BFing. I have since used it up when my son had nappy rashes or gastro so it's good to hear of an alternative to buy next time- thanks

My questions for the oils though- why once a week? As I said, I only used canesten when needed otherwise I was liking the idea of using it every wash when we have two sharing the same nappies/wipes. Would every wash be too much?

Where do you buy it? Is it labelled 'water soluble'?
