you just need to lanolise it. there are a few ways to do it. either put a small drop of lanolin in a bucket of water and let it soak for a couple of hours or you can get some spray on lanolin. depends on which way you want to go really![]()
Kitt3n we have side snaps here.
I have 7 WW's (love them much?) and am always too slow when she puts up custom spots. Not that we actually need any at the moment.
Although I have to say im not a fan of the one only rule now. I liked getting the three of them at a time but I understand the need for everyone to be able to try them.
May have to sneak on over and have a look at BBH though.
WOPB? Aqua itti bitti (must be an itti bitti day today)
HAHA!!! finaly a sale you cant tempt me with!!! im realy not a fan of bbh, ive got 2 majicalls i use with dd (one is MIA tho) and 2 for new bub, but thats it, ant there used as a last option only!
is anyone a fan of ninky bots on fb? im thinking of unliking it, they started on about how they are so worried about people useing the eco wash as it has bicarb in it and only rng should be used, sounded alot like scare tactics to me! then in the same post said how they sell it and its the best thing out!
thinking of getting some prefolds for bub, but not compleatly sold on them...
WOKB abby gro
sarah, the petites are a completely different fit to the magicalls..... COMPLETELY. I had a couple of them in medium for miss m and they were a little too small, should have gone for a large - they would have been pretty great if i had just bought the right size!
I love WW tooSince I started using her nappies she has become so amazingly popular! Christie is mega nice to deal with too

WOMB - retro squares beetlebums pocket
WOAB - pink paisley S! pocket
Kitt3n, i know, i had to sell the petties! i couldnt stand them!!! the magicalls are ok, as a last option, but yeah didnt like the petites one bit, i think she is to chunky and rolly all over for them, i dont know!
sarah i saw that post and then double checked the ingredients on eco store and thought oh well. i know too much bi carb is bad but how much is really too much? itms.
Washing powder is bi carb with enzymes & other things added...
I found RnG to be horrible and I will never, ever use that on my nappies again. Eco store all the way here (and just to add, as I mentioned above, i have NEVER needed to do a strip wash and i have pretty much always used ecostore. never had any elastic or any other issues for that matter.) I agree with CL, sounds like they are just trying to promote their own product and that is just BS!!!!!!
I meant in my last post that the petites are pretty good Sarah, not that they are bad!! Probably one of the best manufactured (not WAHM) nappies around. And at the current special of $15 you can't go past them if you need to upgrade/increase your stash.
Hey ali, yay for cutting back down to one in cloth!!!
WOMB - aqua/purple beetlebums mashup pocket
WOAB - lilac bubbles SS! halfie pocket
eco store and RG pretty much have exactly the same ingredients
RG
sodium carbonate , sodium percarbonate, natural chelating agents, sodium sulfate, bio-degradable surfactants, fragrance oils
ES
silicates and carbonates (mineral salts), citrate, cellulose, sodium percarbonate and natural lemon verbena oil.
my nappies are all fine (except for the CT's...) and that's all i ever used on them... thought they needed a strip when they got stiff but i was wrong! so to this day mine haven't had a strip wash either (well, 5 or 6 have but the other off 20 haven't!)

CL that exactly what i thought! it was like reading a scare tactic to get everyone to buy the rng then it was mentioned they sell it! everyone who mentioned something else, was prety much shot down that it was wrong!
ive been using it when i leave washing for 2-3 days, (yay i have enough to last that long!) or like today, were she had been eating crayons and had rainbow pops!
other then that i just use the laundry liquid i normaly use.
instead of buying new nappies, i got a new bucket, hot pink wheely bin onemuch better on the bank!!
OOoh thanks for the BBH petites tip!! I just went and bought 6 of them. One more medium and lots more large for the future. I am so excited that I got these nappies so cheap - hooray!! DH and I were sitting here so excited - LOL
We got fluffy mail yesterdayand would have today too but postie came when I was putting Pie to bed & didn't leave it at the door for once. Of course.
Big relief, I had bought 4 x medium Sugarshots & was worried they'd be a close fit, but they actually fit really well & she will have a bit of room in them yet
Question - how do you choose a night nappy? We have a Dragonfly magic AI2 that does the job overnight, but we need at least two, & I'm a bit worried about trying another, I don't need any leaks in our bed just as I am converting DH![]()
i only have oner night nappy at the moment, its a sandman, your ment to have a cover but we have gotten away with out one so far, the nights were it isnt dry or i havent washed i use a pea pod with night booster, havent had dramas yet. (except when i forgot the night booster!)
We have 3 BBH night nappies and have never ever had a leak. I chose by looking at forums and reading feedback etc etc. I was also a bit price sensitive.
