You know what Bex, she made you out to be such a C* I would give her 2 more day and post on her buisness wall saying exactly that, that she PUBLICLY made you out to be a lier and threw several forms of contact SHE still hasn't replied. I think you just need to cut your losses and write her off, I wouldn't even bother with the voucher.
I'm a bit pi$$ed because I personally think it's deceptive to take a photo of a nsw nappy, she HAD to know was wrong, with a little crinkle in the word OP so you can't really tell in the photo until you see it wrong IRL. Just so she can still charge $30 hoping people don't notice!
I understand she must be very stressed and upset about what happened but thats the price you pay for getting crap work done in china!
