So glad I didn't look Jaki! I am on a hardcore buying ban. I just do not have the space, or the need anymore. I do the same as Mel for SSs, nly I do the right leg first. Cos that stuff's important

We're back in the pretties and out of Panadol land.

How wash did not shrink my woollies. I'm gonna need a dryer, I think, but don't know anybody that has one! Will have to rack my brain.

I am de-stashing to make room! I think I'm gonna just stick with bonnibuns, it's the best fit. I love the bcheeks fit too but I'm still p*ssed at her attitude about the nsw nappy. Especially after the comment on her page about it only being a small mistake... I'm sorry but that does not mean you can pretend it's not there and sell them at full price without even noting the error!

Wowb- bonnibuns hawthorn custom- ready for today's game with daddy!

Yeah I'm selling my cheapies too, plus more. Got one friend here with dibs, then I'm gonna do a private fb album for my bb and nappy friends, then will put what's left on the MCN page

Just bought 2 more bonnibuns naturals. Agh what's wrong with me!

Yes but because I bought heaps to see what's works best for us I have alot. And some don't fit him well like m&b and PP. Plus all his smalls no longer fit. And I don't need the china cheapies anymore cause they were our first nappies to see if we liked cloth

Does anyone have a flattery they want to sell?

WMM I am the same, getting rid of what doesn't work, and buying what does!! LOL! I wish I had not been introduced to the world of pretties... should have stuck with my ittis LOL!

That's another thing about bonnibuns I love... I can get workhorse, pretties with embroidery, minky, printed PUL and customs at any time with no lists or fight to get a slot and I know it's ALL going to fit

After I've sold a few I'm going to track down some tartan fabric and send DHs family crest to silky for embroidery and get bonni to assemble it all. Will be epic!

Hi all, hadn't been in here for a while, we are still going strong with our cloth, love them to bits. Having issues at the moment tho.. I keep dropping the cloth wipes in the loo! So have starred to use disposable wipes for poos, which happens only every second day and I only need one wipe any way so its not that bad lol..
After full time usage I am learning which ones are the well built ones. I bought heaps of jungle bums and the snaps are ripping out, or bizzy bums are falling apart and cushie tooshies elastic lasted a week! So will be interesting to see how the rest hold up after another few months. At night we've been using mandy mac fitteds or bbh hemp fitted with maz cover and we still have no leaks.
Love our cloth so much that I refuse to use discustables even while on holidays.
We wash every 2 days, sometimes 3 if I'm feeling lazy, but then it starts to smell real bad in the laundry. We use no washing powder and dry in the sun and the smells and strains come out fine. I've learnt alot in the past year!

    Hi Tali

Bex, no wait time. You buy a custom slot from her webpage, buy an embroidery slot from silky creations, then email them both stating what you want! The embroidery gets sent to bonni which takes a couple if weeks then she assembles the nappy. Too easy

Hi Tali! Good to hear your feedback on your cloth journey! I have learnt heaps too, and only 6 months in!

Jaki - I don't have any tuttos, but I imagine we would have gaping. Noodle is soooo skinny around her tummy, but chubby in the thighs. Even the Bonnibuns gape a little at the belly

EM - yeah, the fattycakes is a good little nappy.

WONB: Cornflower blue Bonnibuns pocket. Not for long though - familiar look of concentration upon her face...

Bex I have it on the 2nd smallest. I'm also not a fan of having so many inserts! Lol.

Audax- when my little brother was a baby we nick named him Noodle, he is now 17 and everyone, even his mates call him noodle. Even his fb page is Noodle lastname. Lol

I've not used a bonnibuns pocket. What's it like? I didn't know she did them to be honest! I'm not the crazy BBs stalker I thought I was!!!

    Wowb- bonnibuns workhorse. Pale green.

WMM i did have gaping, but uped the rise, so the flappy bits (cant think right now!) still do up on the tightest on her, but the rise is on the seccond smallest setting instead of the smallest. she is so long and skinny! seemed to fix the problem.

i bought 2 preties last night, a purplu charlie rose with punk heart thingy embroided on it, and a pink issy with buterflies embroided on the bum. so next week i have 4 napps comming and a new sling. just hope the 2 sent last week dont come while im at the 3 hour appoinment tommorow

ive been selling off the ones that just dont get used, you know the ones that sit there untill you have no other options but to use! ive got rid of 2 fluffybubs, 2 old wild childs, and am thinking of getting rid of the large minky ittis... was thinking of getting rid of my abby gro's the other day, but decided ill just put them up for Allyssa when she gets a little chunkier, krystal done one pee the other day and went straight threw the nappy, her clothees and my pants! it had just had a strip wash to! its happened in every abby since.

i have a few made on the fattycake pattern and there prety good. ive got that pattern here once i build up my seing skills im going to test myself and try make some for the girls!

woAb: pink unicorn junglebumz & blue bbh cover
woKb: magicall with extra peapod boost, been flooding with one pee lately.

I started chucking the cloth wipe in the bathroom sink to rinse under the tap prior to LSing the nappy because of that issue

Our CTs lasted a month tops and leaked horribly. They were one of the first MCNs I tried and they almost turned me off. The customer service was atrocious too so after 6 months I gave up trying to replace them. We're sticking with Abby Gro, Baby beehinds and Itti Bitti Tuttos here now because they've lasted soooo much better despite really bad abuse in the past.

I put a tutto on DD after 1 prewash to see how absorbant it was. Being fully prepared for a leak by putting huggalugs on her I was quite shocked that it didn't leak after a litre of water pre nap and 1 hour after she woke up was still dry. I think I've found my new favourite nappy to use. Hoping that new bub is the right shape for the fit!
