We use an old Esky with water and soap powder in it. You just chuck the clothes (nappies in your case) in every morning and drive around with it in the boot of the car which creates a swishing motion just like a washing machine would. By they time we get back to camp they're clean and just need rinsing. If you're not driving just soak and hand wash them in the esky.
