I used flanny flats and a ME Rikki cover for the first 2 weeks then was sick of it so moved onto fitteds and a cover or woolies.
I found Cute Tooshie BD WONDERFUL! Were so great on Ashton and the fit is great on a newbie.
Also found Bum Genius osfm great for the nb stage too!
Oh and bubblebubs! They fit the best on Ash though he used to wet through them pretty quick
