The last two hunts I've found every single icon (including all extremes) but I'm yet to win a prize lol.

At the moment I'm sticking to easy ones. If I can't find the icon in 5-10 mins I move on to the next site. I'll go back if I have time. It's definitely harder now I have 3 kidlets lol
