Why is this happening?

got no idea then hon
maybe there is something in the air when your drying them eg pollin, pesticides ect that have gotten onto them.
He might be allergic to something he's drinking or eating aswell???
As for never having a reaction to certain fabrics before hand doesnt matter either...kids change hon

This is so upsetting. (not sure why but i feel like crying over it! silly hormones) I dont want to keep him in sposies. Should i just cover him in nappy rash cream and keep using them?

I have no idea hon...you could try and let him have nappy free time inbetween changes

He gets about an hour nappy free between changes, makes no difference.
