The worst DS was with any of his teeth including molars He got soo sick - very hot, vomiting, diarrhea, drool (omg the drool ) SCREAMED all day and all night long. After that we got the teething necklace and have very little problem since, so I def reccomend one of those! lol Otherwise nurofen works well with teeth because it's an anti inflamatory and bonjela because it numbs the area (there are alternatives to bonjela if your worried about recent-ish media reports. I think one is called SM33?). Also heard good things about brauers teething relief.
