    Time.
DD suffers terribly and has massive swollen gums for ages for each tooth. Nothing helps. It will pass - some kids just need more help with these things (and I think you're right, not colic!). Both of mine have needed me aaaallll night through teething. Nothing else for it, I afraid.
I suppose the upside is that one of your boys is doing ok Hope it doesn't last too long for you.

Thanks Guys and yes you are right MadB I'm lucky only one is suffering as dealing with 2 screamers is just too hard, especially when they both only want mummy.

I might be able to offer a bit of help....now Im all for natural and not ALL medical dont get me wrong but at the end of my tether with a baby in agony and in conjunction with DDs beads, teething rings, cold toothbrush etc we use SM33. You can buy it from the chemist and it really did help DD immensly, much more than bonjela did and its what the Chemist recommended. i could have kissed him after the first few days she wasnt in as much pain. I have continued too use it for all her teeth and we have just cut her 2 year old molars and it hasnt upset her at all
So definately worth a try imo!!!! Good luck, its awful watching stubborn teeth come up and down. FWIW DD didnt cut a tooth till 10mths and cut six at once, its horrible to see

Well my poor little man was at the hospital last night with a temp of 38.9 and the Dr's there have deduced he must have an ear infection but can't tell for certain as his ears are all blocked up with wax. But taking into account the ear pulling and then the exceptionally high temp they have put him on antibiotics to help, poor munchkin.

He had a really unsettled night and then this morning threw up his antibiotics and stomach bile and then had about 100ml's of his bottle and then threw that up as well. His temp was still 38.8 this morning, we gave him some nurofen and after about an hour he went to sleep but woke up screaming about 30mins later but his fever broke and his temp was back down to 36.7. He has been really off all day, he is hungry but can't eat and trying to get medication into him is so hard, plus his only comfort is being held by mummy so I ended up using the baby bjorn sling for a while until my back started to kill me (carring 9kg's around is not comfy).

Having said that he has now been asleep for just over 2hrs which is the most he has slept today, so fingers crossed we get on top of this ear infection and then all we have to do is deal with the teething..... oh and also the unblocking of these clogged up ears as well.

Do you know anyone who could lend you a better sling for the mean time? bjorns aren't much fun with bigger babies.

In other news, I bought some sm33 today
