Pain relief for teething

Does anyone on here sell these by any chance?

i find the brauers works well - but more if you can spot the whingeing is coming on not when they are in full on pain....
ie if i know DS is teething and he is getting whingey or drooling a lot i do the doses (you do 4 in a row) before bed and that usually helps for a while... like 5 or 6 hours.. then i may use panadol... i hate using panadol and dont use nurofen so this works well for us. i'd like to find the hylands as well.
