If they come 'out of order as such' it is called Cross Teething and is quite common, i tried to google for you but mainly got links to forums.
However this is some information i found as a ROUGH GUIDE:
* Four central incisors between 6 and 8 months.
* Four lateral incisors between 6 and 12 months.
* Four first premolars between 10 and 18 months.
* Four canines between six and 24 months.
* Four second premolars between 20 and 30 months.
Ava has pretty much followed the actual 'order' of teeth but never was within the time line she teethed from 5mths but didn't get her 1st one until she was 10mths old.

. He got the top two teeth on either side of where his top middle teeth should have been first. They looked a bit like fangs LOL! The middle ones came not long after though.
