Oh you poor things. It's horrible isn't it?
My DS#2 had terrible wind when he was a newborn. My child health nurse suggested we use Infacol before each feed. The packaging says that it is meant to be used from one month of age, but she said it is perfectly fine to use from 2 days of age. (Now I would suggest you contact your own MCHN or chemist yourself before trying it, just for your own peace of mind). The health nurse said it can take up to 24 hour for it to work, but I found it worked straight away. It made a dramatic difference for us. (I started using it when he was 5 days old)
Some other products you could try are Brauer Colic Relief - this is all natural and available at most pharmacies, or Infants Friend. You could always ring your health nurse for ideas otherwise.
If you are still having trouble with sleep, I highly recommend trying an Amby baby hammock. Hammocks snug your bub in and it helps with wind and colic.
I really hope you find something that works for you soon, I know how hard it is.
