Hi ladies,

My little bubba has been on Zantac for just over a week now as he was having all the symptoms of reflux. His dosage has been 2ml 3 times a day as he is 7kg at 9 weeks old. The thing is, over the last 3 days he has developed a red raised rash on his face and shoulder tips that seems to be itchy. Was originally thinking he had eczema and had been applying cream to the spots and thought it was helping. I decided to read the notes on Zantac and apparently a rash can be a side effect. Have any of you ladies had this happen before? Am going to call the Dr tomorrow and will stop the Zantac until I have spoken to them just in case. Just seemed a bit of a coincidence that's all.
