Is the hammock in your room, Aimz, or in her own room?
My recommendations would be to keep as much that is familiar to her where she's sleeping as you can. Maybe set the cot up first so she can see it for a few days before switching over. When you move her into it, is it possible to have it in the same position as the amby was? That way, when she looks around she will see everything is still the same.
TBH, we moved DD from cradle to cot when she was about 8 mths and that was no problem. When we took the sides off the cot she was 16-17 mths and she loved it. But she got a whole lot of extra freedom being able to get in and out of bed herself. We got her to help set the 'bed' up and since it's still essentially the cot, all of her bedding and toys are the same.
Your DD will be fine if you don't change too much at once, is my guess. Make sure she isn't sick or unsettled for another reason when you do switch.
