it's a nightmare, isn't it? i always felt that even if his naps weren't for very long, that we had such a good system going & he always had his two naps a day at fairly predictable times. i have been meaning to try & wean him off it but have been procrastinating. that'll teach me!

i just don't know what to do now! i'm not sure how long it should take for him to settle if he's not feeding to sleep. he gets really angry or hysterical if i try to get him to sleep any other way. he's tired now - he usually gets tired 2 hours after getting up - but won't feed to sleep. i tried patting, shhing, rocking & he just goes bananas. now he's playing quite happily & i don't want to try anymore because he has swimming & we need to leave in about 50 minutes.

    i'm feeling really lost.
