We seem to have fallen into a routine where the baby and I are both up when DH's alarm goes off anyway. Might be a natural progression from having been woken by it a few times, baby soon gets into the three-hourly routine where feeds are at 6am (when DH's alarm goes off), 9am, 12pm, 3pm, 6pm, 9pm, midnight, 3am etc.
It happened with both our bubs, and now that DD2 is sleeping through the night, she's usually still up just before DH's alarm goes off... she's content to sit and play in bed while I catch a bit of extra kip (I'm a heavy sleeper so the alarm doesn't bother me), but if she had things her way I'd already be up and out of bed before DH is
