Trinny - I know how you feel, I had the exact same thoughts with my first DS. I know you don't mean it, but you go a bit nuts when you don't get a break! At your bub's age, mummy is the BEST and they want to be picked up and cuddled all the time. I was just wondering though, maybe he is crying from wind? I was feeding my second DS every 2 hours for a while and he would scream and cry a lot. I rang the child health line and they suggested stretching his feeds out to 3 hours instead of 2 (or even 2.5 if you have to). I asked how to do this! They said, if bub wakes up too early, put him in a sling, baby bjorn or pram and go for a walk. Or give him a bath etc. We tried this with instant success, he was much more settled. We also used Infacol before each feed and it made a MASSIVE difference. Even though he seemed to want to feed, it was because he was looking for comfort because his tummy was in pain. So it kind of backfired for him IYKWIM? I don't know if it would help you in your situation, but it may be worth a shot? I hope you get some relief soon .
