Woohoo!!!! Oh I sooooo know how you feel!
When my DS1 was a bub he would only day nap in my arms, we bought a hammock and the first time I put him in it he napped for 2 hours. We didn't know ourselves!!!

We hae a cradle that we got for Izzy but I'm contemplating hiring one too - can I ask how much you paid to hire it for a week hun??? I'm going to go through Hire for Baby if I get one.
Also - is the bedding ok?? I like haing brand new sheets etc for bubby and don't like the idea of using ones that hae been used lots by other babies.Sorry to hijack your thread!!

Tan, you could put your own sheet over the top of the hammock sheet if you wanted to. A cradle/bassinette sheet would fit well, you just fold it around the mattress.
I highly recommend Hire for Baby in Vermont, I bought my hammock from Penny the owner, she is wonderful
