I had the same problem with Pip - I went through a stage of settling him to sleep next to me on my bed, and letting him sleep there. Then when he was doing OK with that, settling him in his cot.

Oh, and I worked out it was where the bouncer was that was helping him settle - I'd put it in a spot with a view of the trees so he could watch the leaves? When I moved his cot to a similar view, he'd just zone out as well
Not sure how we'll fare when winter comes and the trees are bare!
