Hi hun, I too had two implanons in for a total of 5.5years. It took a few months for everything to return to 'normal'. My implanon was removed end of Feb 2007 and I was pregnant within 6months. I too have had cysts on my ovaries but I don't believe I have PCOS. Everyone is different though.
