Dr S is wonderful, he is so encouraging & sensitive but at the same time will always be honest with you
EPU & transfer are done any day, depending on when your body is ready.
I know some regional clinics only do certain days, but not his one
I saw different people at the acupuncture clinic, they were all lovely.
It depends as to what time your EPU & transfer are, and who's on an early shift (if it's first thing in the morning like I was!)
i found acupuncture great. really relaxed me alot. jane is really nice too and she works alot with ivf patients. i got a bfp after my first round with her so i def think she is fantastic
I thought I would update this and invite anyone to post who has had experience with IVF and Acupuncture. There are allot of old threads but not many new.
Anyway I went to see Lily Lui and she is quite enthustiastic! Her english can be a little hard to understand sometimes but that may be because she is quite passionate and talks fast. The first treatment as $105 plus some herbs at $75 so $180 so, all up. But they were just some antioxidant things like gogi berries, chinese dates & ginseng, which come to think of it are quite expensive. She didnt want to put me on any herbs until after the first cycle as my stomach sometimes gets upset from herbs. Then each appointment is $70. I've decided to go twice a week, as she can always fit you on once she has seen you for the first time.
And I have been told that IVF Acuputure the one underneath IVF Australia at Maroubra are good, all the staff are trained by Jane Lyettleton, but they can sometimes be students. I'm sure they are good but it something to consider.
Has anyone had any other acuputure experiences they want to share? Or comments ?

I do hope this is of some use to someone, I know how hard it was to find this info.
I just found out I am actually pregnant so no IVF. So I went back to see Lily anyway, as I though she might be helpful.
I take back my previous comments, she's as subtile as a slege hammer, and actually I left feeling quite stressed out. Maybe its the pregnancy hormones, but she can really be quite rude. And she definatley does leave you thinking she has better places to be.
Needless to say I wont be going back. Hope this is helpful to someone.
