Ohit must be so frustrating! I find that as I get older I become less regular... so I lost trust in my regularity as such. My most accurate symptoms were as you described... the nausea and "fullness" around the bladder/uterus region. Also as you might remember with my situation last year, having a period also didn't necessarily "prove" anything either! It's so darn hard. I think ectopic would manifest as pain quite early... but I could be wrong.

I wouldn't be surprised if I am just one of those women in the 1% who HPTs tends not to work for. I never suffered a drop of morning sickness in either of my pregnancies and if I remember correctly, the same hormon HPTs test is the one which causes morning sickness. Fingers crossed! I just want to know what is going on.
I think that's going to be your best bet in working this out
