Some of the things in the conceive well might "help" with TTC... like extra B6 and higher iodine (for babys brain) and the antioxidants (which you can get from foods easily)
And the CoQ10 has been known to help with conception too.
BUT... it does not have any B12, which aids the body to absorb the B6...
Very complicated...
When I was TTC I took the preg gold (cause there was no conceive well) and added and extra dose of B6 to it, but you do have to be careful, cause taking too much B6 for too long can be not good for you... Once I fell pregnant, I dropped out the extra B6 and continued on with the Pregnancy Gold. But my drs always knew what I was taking.
Dont forget bananas are a good source of B vitamins too.
