    What would you do??

Hey Ladies, I was just wanting some advice and insight on a situation, so I haven't been on the pill for a few months as I read an article about the long term effects it can have on your body, so when DH and I DTD we have to be very careful as we definately want another child but we are going to start early next year, now my last couple of cycles have been irregular, last month I was 10 days late and thought I was preggers which I had mixed feelings about and now going off my normal 28 day cycle I am 5 days late, unless my cycle is doing wacky things again which would mean I could be due any day, what I want to know is would you go back on the pill or would you just leave it to chance?? I find it a bit stressful waiting for my period every month, but now I have even started entertaining the idea of getting preggers now, but I am not 100% sure if hubby would agree with me, I am sure if I told him tomorrow that I was UTD he would be happy but I don't want to force it on to him, he is having a stressful time at work and I don't want to add any pressure but on the flip side he does want more children!!! I just don't know what to do
So sorry if it seemed like a ramble
    TIA

hun, i know exactly what you mean about waiting for AF to arrive and how stressful it can be.
Remember though stress CAN make you late so often the more you worry the longer it may be.

Can you maybe speak with your Dr, find a pill that has a lower dosage or something, discuss other contraceptives that may work better for you based on your concerns?

Personally i was off the pill for a yr due to 'abnormal' bleeding during my cycle, i didn't fall pregnant until i had been off it for over 10mths and we stupidly were not exactly being careful, but everyone is different.

Also i see you have a DD Lily Ava.. my DD1 is Ava Lily

If he really doesn't want another kid just yet he can always glove up.

ha ha I think he would rather have another kid than have to "glove up" LOL But I will mention it to him
Zarava I think I will speak to the doc about a low dosage pill, even if it's just for a few months, That's so funny that your little girl is Ava Lily, they are such pretty names I guess all this waiting around to see what happens wouldn't bother me so much if I could leave the house but I have to keep my youngest isolated due to a suspected bout of the measles so I am going a little stir crazy, I can't even go to work (which isn't necessarily a bad thing he he he)
