clomid and dermoid cyst

Does anyone know if you can take clomid when you have a dermoid cyst?? When my GP first found it, she said she would be reluctant to have it taken out until after I have children so as not to further compromise my fertility (PCOS). But if I can't take clomid because of the dermoid then my chances of falling pregnant are very slim

Anyone ever asked themselves "Why me?"

Well, in case anyone here finds themselves in the predicament I posed above, I will post what I found out about it today when I went to see my GP.

She said that clomid can enlarge ovarian cysts/teratomas, but they will still gve me the clomid (the gyn that is) and then closely monitor the dermoid for growth.
