CM - How do you check it?

Oh thanks Ruf, it seems I have been a bit naive on this front, that really helps, will be trying that now on. Can't really check during the day or I'll be washing my hands constantly, lots of dirt and dust here.

Thank goodness for TMI I say, without it I would never have worked this out - silly me he he he.
