My SIL got pregnant when using the withdrawal method. So, it's not 100%, but no contraception is. And since you don't mind if you get pregnant, it doesn't really matter anyway! Personally though, if I was seeking to completely avoid pregnancy - that is, I absolutely did not want to get pregnant - I wouldn't use it.
