We have heard that after a HyCoSy test, people usually get pregnant within about 3 cycles. Is this true or just an old wives tale?

Of course the main reason for the test is to check for blockage but is there really an added 'bonus' (so to speak) that this test also helps clear the tubes (due to the levovist contrast agent)?

Plus about how much does it cost? We might be going with Ultrasound Care in Sydney.
