I experienced my first symptoms early on. Just after implantation I had a teeny tiny amount of bleeding. I also experienced a bizarre pulling feeling in my tummy that woke me up in the middle of the night. A few weeks later I had a stomach ache and felt sick so I took a test! I saw one line appear.. then another! Very exciting moment.
