hi everyone, i was wondering if somone can tell me if jogging/ brisk walking in your first trimester is ok. i am ttc at the moment and on a weightloss program and have been jogging. In my first pregnancy i did no excersise and really suffered with gest diabetes and fluid.![]()

Just be careful when you do fall pregnant again watch your intensity and avoid doing activities that will raise your heart rate above 140 bpm. Another key thing is to watch that you are not overheating either. Be sure to keep up with your fluid intake to ensure you stay well hydrated.
