HI

I have just found out that i am pregnant. very very excited. i have been taking folic acid. the brand is megafol and its 0.5mg. Has anyone ever heard of this one? Is 0.5mg the right dosage. I just walked in a pharmacy and asked for folic acid. I have been taking it with water as soon as i wake up.
