That happened to me after I had had a 'chemical pregnancy'/very early miscarriage the cycle before. That is, I got a couple of positives before AF was due but then she came the day after she was due. Before that I'd always been regular as clockwork. It could be something like that or you are preggers? Fingers crossed for you for a BFP if that's what you're after ;-)
