Hey there.

We used alot of Shettles Method to get a girl (DD). Worked for us.
What we did was mostly to do with sperm count and timing.
Firstly you need to work out when you ovulate. I found OPK great for this.. even though i would vary from month to month by a few days. At the end of the day its just a guess and hope things work out.

This is what we used from it:
* DH wears undies for 5 days *only* (by day only) during AF..
This is to adjust sperm count. Only use this method for the first 2 months TTC as it can reduce the sperm count too much if continued.

* Regularily DTD every second day after AF until 2 days before O..- with this, they recommend you start with a cut off of 5 days before O. If not pregnant that month, reduce it to 4 days before O, then 3, then 2. I had tried the 5, 4, 3 before my rubella so just started at 2 days before O
Female sperm lives for up to 5 days and male sperm up to 3 days. So yeh id definately try anything more or including 3 days cut off. And then obviously not to DTD until O is well and truely gone.

* Use missionary position and do not orgasm- this is suppose to be one of the shallowest positions. Being boy sperm swims faster than female sperm, but dies sooner.. using this position, hopefully all the boy sperms die before they reach the egg. Your orgasm helps sperm swim.. with the whole sperm count.. you want the boys to die off.. similar to the adjusting the sperm count.

* DH withdrew a little on ejaculation
For the same reason as using the missionary position

Thats all i did. I didnt use any diets, suppliments or douches. My sister also used the above only and got a girl aswell. Ive also passed that info onto a friend in Jesse's BBs and she has also conceived a girl.

I also kept track of everything on ferility friend website.
Just make sure you dont stress yourself too much. I think thats a big key to it. Im not too sure about all the douches and things like that. Someone else might be able to point you in that direction if you want to give them a go.

Best of luck.. looking forward to your pregnancy announcement and hope you get the outcome you strive for
