A couple of things I can think of.... there is a lube called acigel... favours girls, acidophilus (like in yoghurt). When the time to conceive comes, get your partner to O into a condom, then DTD again without the condom and get him to withdraw a bit on ejaculation. Also you can buy pH sticks and test your CM... try to get your CM into the lower region (can't remember the numbers now)
