well it said you should change it a month before ttc which i did but i think i started seeing a difference in levels within the first week. the hard part is keeping it up while ttc if it doesnt happen sraight away! i havent had to change heaps but mostly increase things like milk, eggs, cheese, drinking lots of cranberry juice.



SOunds like your CM may be acidic all except for O day. Try and have the Big O as mch as possible leading up tot your attempt, it will help you pH and with lining your cervix with favourable mucus.
