this morning woke up at about 7:40a.m with TERRIBLE nausea. really, really bad. woke mum up to let her know (still living with mum while studying incase anybody doesn't know this). she came in and said she thinks i am pregnant cos no AF, AF-like cramping for over a week and now the nausea. had a cold drink of water and that settled it a little, enough that i could fall back asleep. have just woken up now and gone to the loo and tried to do a HPT which didn't work, then saw a little bit of blood on the paper. wiped a few times to be sure and there was a small amount of blood each time- red/brown in colour. not sure if this is AF, implantation bleeding (very late for it i would have thought?) or something else. i suppose if it gets heavier through the day then i'll know it's AF. but i have no idea what the hell has been going on then, because i never get cramping like i have over the last week and the nausea this morning was so strong. when AF comes and i notice blood on the paper, i usually get REALLY strong cramps coming in a few minutes after that (could be my mind i don't know) but i haven't had that today.
pretty upset at the moment because after hearing mum say she thinks i'm pregnant, i was almost certain i was (and happy about it!), because she recognised all the things i was feeling as things she felt. so i don't know anymore. just feeling really disappointed. (and confused!) and not knowing how the hell i'm supposed to understand what my body is doing, if things like this keep happening
