How do you calculate how many weeks you are if doing IVF

Im a little confused on how to calculate this. I had egg pick up on 25th of februray and found out I was pregnant ( hoping levels go up though) on monday 10th of march. Had a transfer of an early day 5 blastie on the 1st of march. My last period was feb 8th . does anyone know how to calculate this????

Your "ovulation day" was 25th of February, the day of egg collection & fertilisation. LMP therefore is theoretically 11th of February (14 days prior, even though it wasn't actually). So that would mean you are due on 17th November, making you 4 weeks 2 days pregnant This is how I was told to calculate & it worked out to be spot on with my early scan at 7 weeks.

It is kind of weird, cos depending on the meds you're on you might not have a period so LMP is out. It's supposed to be very accurate - you're pregnant for 38 weeks from conception & you can pinpoint conception to almost minutes with IVF, especially ICSI.
