    Buliej - When I conceived my bub I wasn't doing anything special at all. Wasn't even taking vitamins as we weren't actually trying at the time. I was drinking loads of coffee and was under huge stress both of which are supposed to hamper things yet this was the sticky bub. I did however cut transfats out of my diet about 3 months before I first started falling pregnant last year. I believe that's what made the difference for me.

    UPDATE: i just had a lovely home visit with that Bellingen doula who tells me there are quite a few local women having naturally conceived babies at 45 plus - so there is still hope for us!!!
