No problem, I seem to have learned sooo much about all this ttc stuff & I think I can give you your answers. I'm sure someone will correct me if I am wrong.

EWMC stands for egg white mucus. If you have watery and or stretchy mc (mucus) that is a little like egg white that is fertile mc, you are not far off ovulation. EWMC can start anywhere from 5-6 days before, starting out watery and not so stretchy and ending up with maybe one lump of stretchy mc, clear or maybe a little opaque. BUT not everyone get this type of mc. You don't have to have it all day, just once is indicative of fertility or pending fertility. Once you have ovulated MC usually dries up fast.
Implantation of a fertilised egg into your uterus can cause some pain and/or light bleeding. It would occur anywhere from 3-11 days after you ovulate. BUT not everyone experiences it.
Most women dont get a positive hpt until 13 days past ovulation.
If you dont know when you ovulate then you cant be totally sure when to test but if you feel you are late for Af then why not test, if it is negative it may be too early and actually be a false positive.

Good luck, hope you get a good result very soon!
