awww hun! Well....2-4 DPO?!?!? no theres no point testing yet. And yes u would need to leave it until atleast 12-14DPO... As for the small lump, if u are pregnant i doubt that anything would be able to be felt at 2-4DPO, so to me i say its unlikley. An ovarian cyst? yep that could be a posibility.
