I was the same as mbear. I had thrush about a week before I O in April and got pregnant (but m/c). Provided you can still DTD I don't think having thrush would stop you getting pregnant but I guess if your using the vaginal cream that might effect the swimmers and kill many off before they get the chance to get to the egg.
